David,
I suggest you to start posting - it's great to involve in a community, as you can learn useful tips and tricks on almost anything - Web design and development skills in Sitepoint.com case.
$200 a month is definitely not a small amount of money online, IMO. Excellent job!
Depending on the type of your site and the resources needed to run your site, it could very well worth anywhere between $1000 to $4000!
Cheers, David.

Hi Noob
Many thanks for sharing your info and the good tips. I am a member at sitepoint but to be honest, I don't think I've posted yet lol
My sites make very little money at the moment, around $200 a month (total) so I think I'll hold on to them just now til they earn more.
I more than agree, be honest and upfront. I wouldn't do otherwise. :)
Thanks again

Hi David,
It's in real time, so yes, it's pretty much accurate...
The site has just been sold on private offer - So I decided to end the listing :)
Tips on selling your sites - build your reputation.
If you involved in Sitepoint, have youself phone verified and have your site ownership also verified.
And also be honest - don't put yourself in a position where buyer doubt your ingenuity and consider you a scammer - if your sites don't make any money, just say so. If yours are abandoned, just say so.
And, oh, saying "I am selling my site because I don't have time and want to pursue other projects" is lame, and too generic. Say something differently, like "I'm not able to bring this site to higher level - maybe you are the one who can!"
Hopefully this helps :) Good luck on selling your sites!

Hi Noob
How's this sale going? If the sitepoint graphic is accurate it means you are still waiting for a bid right?
Will you let us know when/if it's sold? I would like to sell (flip) at least one of my sites but have never sold one. Any tips?
Cheers
