Depending on the type of your site and the resources needed to run your site, it could very well worth anywhere between $1000 to $4000!

My sites make very little money at the moment, around $200 a month (total) so I think I’ll hold on to them just now til they earn more.

Tips on selling your sites – build your reputation.

If you involved in Sitepoint, have youself phone verified and have your site ownership also verified.

And also be honest – don’t put yourself in a position where buyer doubt your ingenuity and consider you a scammer – if your sites don’t make any money, just say so. If yours are abandoned, just say so.

And, oh, saying “I am selling my site because I don’t have time and want to pursue other projects” is lame, and too generic. Say something differently, like “I’m not able to bring this site to higher level – maybe you are the one who can!”
