Yes – in-post links work well, as long as it’s not invasive, as many people find in-post auto ads, such as Kontera and Triggit quite annoying :)

yeah i guess the trick is finding a way to monetize your content without destroying the quality of the content, the trust of your users and the usability of the site.

I don’t think readers mind Ads as long as they don’t kill a good time.
