Tommy,
Thanks for the insight. How about practicing the offline negotiation activities online? That would make perfect sense :)

I do agree with offline marketing.
I have a backlinking website for SEO services and it's hard to rank and everyone is selling other peoples stuff with affiliate links and they spam them everywhere.
Now with offline marketing it's much easier because all you have to do is talk to the business owners and you can most likely convince them to order. Or you might not even have to talk to the people if you can somehow leave a business card or letter with your website on it.
offline marketing > online marketing
I do like my SEO though :) If you can get ranked in the search engines it's a win win and even though the money may not be consistent from day to day, it's still coming in haha.
I'm not exactly sure how I found this, but I'm glad I did lol
Thanks,
Tommy :)

Cheska,
Thanks for your opinion - I agree, and to add, failure rates are pretty high, too. Nevertheless, minimal start-up cost of online business does has its own appeal :)

I think offline has more money than online if ur a newbie in the online biz. Those who make it big are the ones who've been there for 5 yrs and more. But a beginner? I don't think so. It's a big big world inside that box.

Martin,
Great story and insight! Internet marketing, IMO, is simply MLM done online. I know, I generalise things - but from my experience, I totally agree that if you are successful in off line MLM, you only need to learn basic tools to ace Internet Marketing.
"I work an MLM both online and offline, and more of my money comes from the offline work because it duplicates better there." - yes, Internet marketing products life are, IMO, short compared to MLM.
Thanks for sharing!

IMO everyone flooding online means the money is OFFline.
I was chatting to a guy who had just started in a new MLM. In one month he had 28 people under him simply by phoning people he knew, and he was asking me how he could get into internet marketing. I was shocked!
I told him to stick with what was working!
As you say online make money is a crowded marketplace, probably a bubble, and so the less trendy option is probably where the profits are at.
