Agreed - to add, kaizen can works only if it is embedded into your &#039;culture&#039; - i.e. your own personal development, your company&#039;s culture, and your community&#039;s culture.
That way, learning new things and continuously improve one self become a habit, rather than a mere &#039;best practice&#039;.

		<description>There is a delicate balance between true improvement and keeping up with the proverbial Joneses.  Efficacy can and does speak for itself. We live life forward and do our business accordingly.  Perhaps the weave in Japanese culture of politeness and basic interaction speaks to how Kaizen is a platform of self-mastery, and improving business acumen. America ,at this time, could stand to learn a lot more lessons from the Japanese.</description>
