Yes - I've been partnering with someone from Romania before, and our communication has no problem whatsoever.

Hi. :) I'm sure that communication with partners around world is a problem. On the other hand i would like to mention that for Romanian people, English is like the second native language.

Cross-language communication can indeed be difficult. When I was working for an import firm bringing in building materials from China and Brazil I quickly learned how detailing information in writing is vital to success.
We once had a Chinese partner layout a shipping container to maximize space and labeled the small empty area at the front of the container "Restroom". We had a good laugh at the idea of installing a bathroom amidst a shipment of doors.
