Twitter PR Strategy for Small Business

I personally employ my tweeting following the framework just a few days ago – So, I can’t testify anything about the impacts. However, I feel my use of Twitter for my web businesses are more structurised and focused with a purpose, rather than simply tweeting-as-you-like strategy I use all this time :)
