I have it with me for a bit over one year, and to be honest with you it just sits on my web server days in and days out collecting dust.

At first, I thought the idea would be brilliant – To run an articles directory that host all-unique articles on small business. However, the implementation is a bit problem-ridden.

Firstly, you need you very own administrator or moderator – There are such a huge amount of spam that I’t bother to take care of the directory anymore. Secondly, you need to check every single article to ensure that it is unique – Again, this is achievable only if you have your very own admin or mod. I could do it myself, but considering I run dozens of web properties, despite outsourcing and automating some, I still don’t have the resource to take care this articles directory.

Then, I decided that it is a good idea to “relive” the articles directory and use it as a resource for small business owners – A great match for Noobpreneur.com. The articles won’t be unique – Well, they could be unique in the eyes of search engines with a certain script for the purpose of increasing traffic – But what’s the point? They are still not unique in the eyes of visitors, anyway.

My purpose of “reliving” the directory is to give visitors a wealth of small business related articles to help in giving ideas on how to solve small business-related issues – This time, I ignore some principles of SEO (search engine optimisation) by ignoring the duplicate content issues. Again, my purpose is to serve visitors first, search engine second – Just like Noobpreneur.com does all this time :)

Most of the existing articles themselves are sourced automatically to a major articles directory – They are legal copies and in accordance to the Term of Services; Some articles are added by registered members.

You can certainly register to Small Business Articles Directory and submit your very own articles. Why the need to register? One purpose – To minimise spam and increase the quality of the submitted articles. I will manually approve the articles (with the help of my outsourcing partners) – Please be patient, as we need to go through each articles to see whether they are appropriate for the articles directory and its visitors.
