Business websites
It’s reported that 50% of potential sales are lost simply because user can’t find information and 40% of users don’t return to a website if their first experience is bad. Your in better shape if your website looks like a public toilet at a truck stop as long as the users know how to get to the toilet, urinal, and sink , rather than an extremely large toilet with gold plated marble floors(if that’s possible) in Dubai with several complex amenities. Eventually everyone is going to start peeing on the floor, ultimately driving everyone away.
Another way to know the full functionality of your website is to test it early, beta test it with friends, family and even the general public. Anticipate their feed backs, they might be wrong about some things and you do not have to revolve your website around them, but their opinion is certainly crucial.
Finally, do some research; spend a couple of hours browsing successful business websites, learn from the ones with similar plans and business model as yours and “borrow” their techniques. Remember good artist copy, but great artist steal.

Jimi,
thanks for the info. Everything we do in life is about testing and evaluating then more testing and evaluating and so on………….!!!
