Actually, when we go into business, sometimes it's quite hard to get good help, and harder still to get good advice, especially when people who are not in business tries to advise...but most of all, i agree on item 4: i "retreat" every single day, when i turn off my phone or when i choose to take a cab home instead of taking a long bus ride home. This helps me relax, a lot. =) Haha I agree with you on not sticking one’s head in the sand.
