The event, Korea’s first hands-on program applying GPT-based tools to beauty business operations, focused on real-world applications over theory. Participants used category reports and asked GPT questions like:

GPT gave detailed answers, such as:

  • Mist-Fixer: Small but has room to grow
  • Lotion-Emulsion: Good fit for premium products

GPT also explained the reasons behind each suggestion and pointed out possible risks.

“How are our competitors’ thumbnails evolving? What direction are their brands heading?” Her team used GPT to dig in.
