Nope, I’m more on the operations side, mostly project-based volunteer work and recruitment. I leave the money-making job to the big shots :)

I’ve been doing volunteer work for years and with the dwindling economic system, the need for volunteer consultants is up by a notch, most of the time we have to pay for them in order to acquire funds from companies and individuals, unfortunately not a lot of them would be willing to do it at no charge.

LOL – Yes I do wonder what they actually have in mind :) I have never been one, but at this moment, should I invest in a start-up, I do interested in the non-profit ones… They does have more “compassion for others” that the rest of us, which is well respected.

I like how you say Angel investors are “allegedly interested in non-profit startups”.. you always wonder what they feel is in it for them.. I guess community appreciation and respect is a great reason.

But it sounds like your not entirely convinced either :)
