Automating your business will most likely to involve team member… Outsourcing is one of the ways to automate your business. The key in automation is the system of ‘task chain management’ – e.g. How to pass customers’ order to fulfillment without your direct interaction.

Great article for those looking to spice up their business life. It seems like picking a business that truly interests you is the main solution to becoming bored. It can’t all be about making money. Unfortunately I am not quite in a position with my start up that I can think about other things, but I guess this is the fun part for me.

Anyway, I was just going to say that “automating your business” is challenging. I decided to try and set everything up so that my business can be run solely from my iphone.

I’d rather be working with the team, but it was still a useful challenge.
