Sure - being a middleman can also makes you a success.  Maybe not with such margin (wholesaling, of course, offers you less profit margin than making your own products,) but I heard (too) many stories of people who are successful being wholesalers (and/or dropshippers.)
Dropshipping can present you with an opportunity of NOT having your own inventory.  This is a plus, because inventory management is resource-intensive.  In return, dropshipping cuts your profit margin (usually in the form of handling fees or similar fees.)  Salehoo (I&#039;ve involved with WorldWideBrands before) can help you find wholesalers and dropshippers who can supply you with the right products to sell in your (online) store.
IMO, being a wholesaler or dropshipper can have its own advantage, especially if you are a bootstrapper :)</description>
